Children's Choirs

In August, our church will begin children's choirs. We plan to have three choirs. One choir will be for 4 year olds and kindergarteners, another will be for 1st and 2nd graders, and the oldest group will be for 3rd, 4th and 5th graders. We have hoped to start this ministry for the kids for seveeral years now and when the county elementary school music teacher positions were eliminated this year, we all felt a renewed sense of urgency to put purr plans into motion.

We will meet Wednesday evenings from 5:30 to 6:15 pm.

The children's choirs will be singing in church services periodically, so you will have an opportunity to see their musical growth and the children will learn to serve as active members in the worship service, and the whole congregation will be blessed richly by their musical offerings.
